Review content:
I bought my car from Charlie and Joel a couple of months ago, and was very happy with my purchase experience. I went with Charlie's because they were friendly and realistic when we spoke on the phone, instead of overbearing like some other dealers. When I first called them, Joel told me was that he really liked driving it and then he asked me if there were specific questions he could answer. We negotiated a price that I was REALLY happy with right up front and without any booshit. I live over two hours away, so I would have been pissed if I hitched a ride all the way out there to check the car out only to find out they were exaggerating its condition. I never felt pressured to buy a product without knowing the whole picture. In fact, I had a refundable down payment on the car for over three weeks until I could get down there and they only called me once or twice over the whole period to check if I was still interested. Overall, I just had a good feeling about them from the beginning.Turned out, the car was in even better shape than I imagined from what they told me. It was my first time buying a car and they explained everything to me and patiently helped me on every aspect of the process (even though the paperwork was super complicated because my cosigner and leinholder lived in CA and my registration and insurance had to be dealt with in MA). I'm not sure if this is a common offer, but they also gave me a limited warranty on their car despite the fact that NH law does not require this. In sum, Charlie's is awesome, and they sold me a great little set of wheels.
