Review content:
I have been renting a home from R & I for over a year. Within the last 30 days I have called them 4 times about a few maintance issues we need fixed. They never answer the phone, they have called me back 2 times, but have not yet sent anyone out to fix our problems. I'm beginning to think if I want these things fixed I will need to pay for them myself, even though they are things that the property management company is responsible for. \r
