Let me just say they are quick to get you in the house, and then when you leave they nit pick everything to keep your security deposit. However you move into a DUMP, and Nothing ever get's fixed.
If you are living in a Utah R&I Property, cover your butt. Send your letter by certified mail with a forwarding address before you leave the property. Otherwise you can kiss your security deposit goodbye. You will never see it again.
The customer service is the worst you will ever encounter. Nothing gets fixed, no one answers the phones. Excuses after excuses as to why things are not getting done. They never returns calls and when you do actually confront the owner and get him on the phone he throws everything back on you and says it is your fault. There is no accountability, ownership, or care.
Get away from them FAST, If you are on a month to month lease, BECAUSE THEY NEVER RENEW YOUR LEASE, MOVE NOW! Go with someone else, Rent from someone else. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING... They are quick to rip everyone off!
