I would NOT recommmend renting from this management company. First of all, when we moved into our new place it was disgustingly dirty. There was so much dust on the blinds and everywhere else it was terrible. We were told it would be cleaned and the carpets would be cleaned before we move in. This was not the case. There were a lot of holes in the wall we were told would be fixed, they weren't. Our dishwasher broke after a month of living there. After repeatdly calling and asking them to please fix it, we finally 5 months later!!!! Sent them a letter telling them to fix it or we were moving out. They had someone come the next day. They never answer their phones and it takes them forever to call back. They try and throw Utah state laws in your face all the time which I have proven them wrong on many times. They are way more of a hassle then a help! Especially if Arnie is still working there. It's not worth your time!
