Review content:
Utah R & I Properties was the worst rental experience I have ever had & I have rented a lot. For starters, they rushed us into leasing the house, then promised that certain things would be fixed shortly after move in. When I called the hateful receptionist, she said it should have been done before we signed the lease & moved in, but she would try to have it taken care of. About 3 weeks later & about 5 phone calls they finally came out. The repairs were done very badly & were not fully finished. We had no smoke detectors for weeks, they beeped & the guy couldn't fix them so he took them & said he would return the next day with new ones. That happened about 2 weeks later & once again I had to call. It was rediculous. We had to suddenly relocate, paid all of the unecessary fees and over a month later, I am still waiting to hear if we get a deposit back. No one can answer my questions, I have written a letter, called & emailed them. So, if at all possible, rent from someone else! What an unprofessional company!
Pros: They will get you in quick, if you have good credit.
Cons: Everything about the company!
