I would not reccomend Zale's for any of your jewlery needs. They have had problems for quite awhile now. They have been through 10 managers in 7 years. They have now increased prices on service agreements, and no longer allow for 1 free ring size adgjustment when you buy a ring, you either have to pay for the adjusment or pay for a 2 year service agreement.
So far I have had a problem ring (it has been off my hand more than on it in the past 7 years), the response that i get is just take it in we will fix it. While one of the salespeople (who has actually been there for awhile) says that they need to trade it out, that it is a bad ring, she is trying to to approval for that, but who knows.
