Review content:
I intentionally looked on Google for your used car lot because I've passed it several times and noticed some good looking cars there. But for you to actually NAME someone who was unhappy by your service who as it reads had every right to be upset just shows how disgraceful your business is and how much class you personally have. After reading your reply to a justified problem proved to me that you will not have my business. I hope others do the same after seeing a dirtbag used car business invade someone's privacy on the internet. Seriously, you expect anyone to want to buy a car from you after seeing how you represent your customers??
And you're legally responsible if YOU screw up a purchase order...not the customer so learn you're ""selling cars degree"" before you make assumptions you are incorrect about. I'm assuming instead of loosing in small clams court you decided to save your a$$? She may even have a case to sue for defamation of character, slander and harassment which I really hope she does.
You could have chosen to admit your fault and saved a little face with your reply but instead you decided to actually NAME a client of yours and say how ""accidents happen"". Best of luck to you're chapter 11 future.
