Woman threatened on the phone once I got hold of a REAL person, to charge us anyway for a service call I tried to cancel! VERY RUDE and nasty, just as with other review, very nasty and treated a person like trash! How can a company like this continue to BE in business some alleged 30 plus years?!?!?!?! New one on me! I'll do whatever I CAN do to make them LOSE business and the city of Oceanside WILL know just what kind of people they give business licenses too, or maybe they don't care as long as THEY get their revenue from this business?????
