I was rear-ended, and of course I was unhappy. The minute I got into Craftsmen Auto Body and spoke to a representative they completely diffused me. They are very customer-service oriented. They are compassionate, friendly, and sweet. If I was still working, I would steal that whole staff. They really are special. You don't find service like this anymore.
They fixed my bumper, and the car looks beautiful. I decided to have them detail the car as well, and I had no idea that it was going to be so gorgeous. Now that my friends and family have seen my car I think they will go to Craftsmen just to get a detail. Down to the last minute detail, they took care of it. I am very happy that they did such a terrific job.
