Seriously, these people really do not need your busingess-at least they treat your property (vehicle) as if they really do not want your business. I have purchased tires at this location for my own personal vehicle as well as other family vehicles at this location. (As well as other mechanical services.) The problem here stems from a complete disregard of property. It never fails at time of pickup that I find my vehicle stained (Upholstery, doors, steering wheel, door handles...) with filthy mechanic fingerprints. Further, this location has recommended repairs (such as tire alignment due to ""irregular"" tire wear) when in fact said repairs were not required. *Verified by second opinion at dealership. Further, upon the discovery of a slow leak condition in one of the tires purchased at this location, I was told ""tire not repairable/must replace."" I proceeded to Discount Tire 1/2 block away to have tire repaired with no question as to tire condition. Lastly, at my most recent tire rotation and balance, it was discovered that one of the wheel studs had been stripped. -They did take care of this at no-charge but, they are unquestionably the shop responsible for the wheel stud being stripped in the first place. In summary, do yourself a favor and bypass this shop's services. Consistent lack of personal property respect is assured here as well as the recommendation of unneccessary repairs and or overselling due to fictitious circumstance.
