ITnT built our pool in 2002 and up until the summer of 2009 I gave them a 5 star rating. We started to have trouble with the pool sinking and now the sides are starting to bow.After trying many times to get TnT to come out and give us a quote for taking care of the problem, they have continuously blown us off. The one time Tony did show up to look at it, he didn't call ahead and just showed up when we were not home. He informed my daughter that the problem was only cosmetic and we could just get a liner with no boarder so you couldn't see the uneven water line and use some silicone to fill in the cracks. He said he would come and measure the water line to see how much it was still sinking. We have not seen him since. After calling and leaving several more messages, he mailed us a quote for a new liner with no mention of fixing the problems. So unless they step up to plate soon I could not recommend them.
