This place is ab-so-lute-ly terrible. Although this is not my only horror story from this place, its the most recent so here goes:
I went in with serious back pain, and the doc ordered an xray. Got the xray later that day and they said 24-48 hours for results. NINE days and five phone calls and messages later, I get a call at 9:30 at night from a nurse who speaks broken English telling me there is no fracture. Only problem is the doctor told me the likely culprit was a herniated disc, not a fracture. So after calling back two more times asking for more info and NEVER hearing back again, I just cut my losses and went elsewhere. Oh and the average wait time for those 7 calls was about 20 minutes, and when I finally did get a hold of someone they were about as helpful as an umbrella during a hurricane. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR CARE!
