Yes this place is clean and secure.
However, four hours after dropping off my dog I got a call from the owner saying that my dog was barking and she could not handle it if he continued. She also said that she put something on his face to quiet him down but he ripped it off. She then gave him some sort of sedative. I thought it was very inappropriate to do that without my permission.
Luckily our dog stopped barking, so we did not have to make plans to have him picked up. Her inability to deal with barking really made me question her ability to deal with a more serious situation.
When I got my dog back he was yellow (normally very white) and smelled bad. This might be expected from boarding a dog. I am not sure as this was my first time.
