Review content:
I am a Methodist from St. Lucia who has lived in Park Slope for 10 years. I searched for a long time to worship with a congregation that would remind me of my home church. I worshiped in other Methodist churches and Episcopal churches but stopped after a while. I never left feeling the connection I thought I should feel to Jesus christ and his saving power, and I never even remembered the sermon once I was out.\r I had walked past the Sixth Avenue Baptist Church countless times and never considered it until a member handed me a leaflet one Saturday afternoon and that changed my life. I have been attending Sunday worship and Bible study and Prayer meetings and I have learned and understood more about salvation and my responsibility as a Christian than I ever have before, even in my beloved Methodist church. Pastor \r Michael Bialuk's sermons are full of the message of salvation, completely biblically based and he makes every Bible text relevant to the issues facing us today in society, and in our personal lives. I always leave that Church whether Sunday Service or Wednesday Prayer Meeting, filled with warmth and humility, just wanting to talk about my joy.\r Pros: Indoor play space for children while parents worship
