if you can get thru to the office the staff rushes you off phone. they do not take notes when they speak to you. doctor rushes thru seeing patients from the over crowded, smelly, waiting room. he DOES NOT LISTEN TO PET OWNERS. he speakes over them. he does not take notes. he charges less but remember, you get what you pay for and nowhere, then coming here, has that been more apparently. you could speak to them at 11am and by 12pm they will not know who you are or what was the issue with your pet.\r

i cannot believe some of the reviews that are positive about this place are actually for this place. these people must be on drugs when they come there, or blind. this is not a good place to take your pet. doctor once dropped my pet right on the floor... i only went back b/c my mother insisted on taking her pet there. NEVER EVER AGAIN. \r

Cons: understaffed, no appts, doctor speaks no english
