I recently had the most pleasant and positive experience with a firm that I wanted to share. When I received their proposal with their mission statement that read ""From inception to completion your satisfaction is our goal"", I wondered if this really could be true. I have had so many unpleasant experiences with people doing work in my home that I was skeptical. But it was true. The first step was laying out the project in the showroom by picking fabrics and styles of treatments. Then someone came to my home to measure and further advise. Then the installer came to put it all in. Then they called to follow up to see how I liked everything. When I told them that one of the shades wasn't the perfect color, they exchanged it for me! This company has a staff that from beginning to end has knowledge of product, expert measuring, meticulous installation (the installer wore booties and gloves!) and superior follow up. I could not be happier! I have recommended them to family and friends and everyone I talk to has had the same experience. Forget the box stores! Shop local with this family owned business and you""ll be happy you did!
