Review content:
This is a business that upsells and uses bait and switch tactics. The owner talked all the right words and gave me a super low price to win my business (bad decision I made). But beware what comes out of his mouth is nothing but words, only actions to make himself money. I agree with other negative reviews. Very hard to deal with Nathan after a while, and causes nothing but emotional and monetary distress later. The owner's MO is to lure people in with lowest price. The owner jacks up the price after the work started. Their work quality is mediocre at best and structurally damaging and not good at all, a lot of patch-up work that crumbles later. For instance, after they finished drywalls, it turns out the inside beams had been cut without properly reinforcing, risking collapse. Also, they almost puncture one of the water pipes. Do yourself a favor, and pay a little more and go somewhere else.
