I've been down to Rock City Tattoo on multiple occasions. The first time I walked into RCT I was just looking to get my eyebrow pierced. The owner immediately shook my hand and noticed a tattoo I had on my forearm(I had it done at a different tattoo shop) and asked me if I was satisfied with the work done on it. After explaining to him I wasn't that happy with it, he offered to retouch it up for basically pennies. He gave me a huge discount on my eyebrow piercing and even gave me some bulk cleaning supplies complimentary. Ever since then every time I come in, he gives me the best deals around. The shop is always clean, whenever they are not doing piercings or tattoos I always see them taking care of the shop or working on new designs for clients. I highly recommend Rock City Tattoo and will always go there to get my work down.
