Review content:
I found Rock City Tattoo quite by accident. I wanted my belly button pierced and looked at several reviews on line and decided that this must be the place that everyone is talking about. I went to the shop and decided that I like the place, the owner, and the staff. I got my belly button piecing done by Rock, the owner. He was very pleasant, kind, and knew right away that I was nervous, since this was my first piercing. He put me at ease and didn't rush the process. He explained in detail how to take care of the piercing while it was healing and made sure that I would call if I had any questions whatsoever. Now that is real customer service. I'm currently working up the nerve to get my first tattoo and when I do, I'll be returning to Rock City.
