Normally when you deal with any company(cable) that has to come to your house, they give you a window like 8am till 2pm. I am very happy to say that I was told 8am-9am(1hour window) and they were there at 8:15am! I had an emergency with my electricity and my power went out in the early AM and had a huge party to throw. I called several 24/7 electrician in the book and got the run around if anyone answered at all. Tri Star was there immediately and was honest & upfront (Tri star is not a 24/7 emergency service electrician). The bill was fair and the service was excellent. They requested my permission before doing any repairs and answered all of my questions. I have a catering business and I know how hard it is to find good & reliable employees, so I am happy to say that they have a great staff. I was expecting to be gouged with a crazy bill & bad service and I have to admit that I'm very impressed! Pros: Reliable, fast, honest, fair price & great customer service
