Stay away from Alpha Management! They are the absolute worst when it comes to apartments in boston. Their buildings have a variety of rodent/insect visitors/tenants, and they never answer any maintenance calls about anything. Hot water in the mornings are also a rarity.\r

We paid our rent, and a week later they're coming over to our apartment asking for another thousand bucks and pushing us for it like they were the mob. My roommate went out to allston to clear it up, and they had our original checks on file. They said ""whoops.""\r

Alpha Management is the new standard for apartments screwing over tenants. Stay away from this company like herpes; there's nothing happy in it for you.
Pros: They leave you alone?
Cons: no hot water in the mornings, they're inconsiderate and aren't good at their jobs
