Review content:
I had the week after Christmas off from work and decided to get somebody in to fix the sash cords on my windows. I called Solo Glass and made an appointment 10 days ahead with Tim to come on Thursday. As Thursday rolled around and nobody showed up by 11 am, I placed a call to find out what was going on. I spoke with Verne. He didn't know where Tim was and took my phone message. I get a call on Saturday around 7pm from Tim claiming that he had to go to the hospital on Thursday for the flu. I asked him why he didn't call to alert me on Thursday. He states that he thought Verne would call. He didn't know that Verne and I spoke and was trying to cover his butt. He then says how bout if he comes on Monday. Monday's a work day for me. Not trusting him with my time any more I told him I'd like to speak to Verne about having him come. I believe Verne is his brother. Tim calls me back 10 minutes later with Verne's cell phone. I've left Verne 2 messages and have had no call back. In my opinion, these guys are a waste of time. No repect whatsoever for my time.\r
