Review content:
I waited an hour for my consultant, after making an appointment. When trying to talk about what I was looking for I was cut off mid-sentence. I was left multiple times waiting for her, after the initial one hour delay; after picking gowns to try on, I waited another 10 minutes for her to bring me to a dressing room. In the dressing room she left me waiting to be zipped up. I was left standing in front of the 3-way mirror in the show room, while she had a 10 minute conversation 20 feet away, with her back to me. The final desertion was mid-walk, on the way back to the dressing room from the show room. She noticed another woman walking out in a gown, forgot about me yet again (clamped in wedding dress), and preceded to ask her if she was a model, then exclaimed ?you look like a model.? \r
\r
You all can now see why I had to share this experience.\r
\r
Overall:\r
Only 2 or 3 racks of wedding dresses in the show room, but there are more in the back. I was able to pick what I wanted to see after being guided there by the consultant. Selection was okay. I went there specifially for the designer Maggie Sottero (you can find her dresses many other places). All the wedding dresses were $900 and up that I saw. \r
\r
The lighting is terrible until you get in front of the show room mirrors. The interior design of the store could use an update or at least some fresh paint. \r
\r
It?s dissapointing to go to a place with these expensive dresses and have a cheap experience.
