A few weeks ago I had a GREAT take-out dinner from Neillios. Their food is generally good, sometimes a bit bland but a healthy alternative to usual take-out and really quick to pick-up.\r

Today when I didn't have the energy to cook I went again. The man who got my meal was friendly and gave me tons of food. But when I went to pay the woman who rang up my order was cold and rude. She didn't even finish ringing me up before moving on to the next customer, and acted as if she couldn't get rid of me fast enough. I left feeling very much unwelcome, as if I had somehow offended her by buying my dinner there! My previous visits, I had always felt comforted and welcome by the staff there, and this was very very sad for me.\r

When I got home, the ribs were so over-cooked that I couldn't chew them - so disappointing after my previous experience. Chalk it up as a bad day all around, but I won't be going back there any time soon.
Pros: Parking, convenience, selection
Cons: food quality inconsistent, one very bad experience with rudeness
