Businiess name:  Goddess Hair Extensions

Review content:
They are more expensive than the other places I have had my hair done at before, but I thought it would be worth it since they ""specialize"". Sheila (she is the owner and their ""top stylist"") did my conusltation and intial appointment. Her work was just okay, I felt it was a little sloppy. The quality of hair was disappointing. It was dry, frizzy and the clusters/strands (whatever they call it) of hair were very thin. I called to let them know about the hair a week after getting my extensions and was told it was not dry and that the hair is just finer than my own which is why it feels that way and told I should deep condition and use a leave in conditioner. I'm sorry but fine hair does not mean dry and frizzy hair. I have been wearing extensions for many years and never dry and tangly like theirs. I had my first adjustment appointment with a different stylist named Aliza. That was okay, nothing to write home about. My second adjustment was with Sheila again. Apparently they ""slide up"" the extensions to adjust them which is like teasing your hair. Needless to say with every adjustment my hair was looking more and more like a growing dreadlock. The adjustment with Sheila was very quick and rushed which probably explains the sloppy touch up job. They charge hourly for adjustments and I would have been fine with paying for a longer appointment if it meant I would not have a hairy mess when I left. Don't get me wrong my hair looks good when I leave as they brush your hair nicely over the nappy mess that is underneath it all. Overall, I would have to say they are okay definitely not worth what they charge. I now go to a salon for my extensions and pay much less than I did with Goddess and am very happy with the service and the quality of hair they use. I have nothing against home extension salons like Goddess as I have gone to others in the past, but I would HIGHLY recommend shopping around befor going with this company. Pros: Parking? Cons: too much $$$$$
