Horrendous people skills! Awful, incompetent, angry, rage prone, condescending towards women, competitive with men, chain-smoking (stench), insulting individual, less than honest mis-manager of condominiums (and real-estate agent) in the Mashpee area of Cape Cod. Numerous mistakes & disasters observed in only a few years, blames the customer for his own shortcomings, dishonest about insurance issues, water quality issues, repairs, routine maintenance, and major/expensive outlays. Plays favorites with select property owners and Board of Trustees members. These impressions are widely held among unit owners of our condo. Treats owners expressed ""concerns"" as ""complaints"" and as ""personal attacks"". One of the most unprofessional individuals I've ever had to deal with. I have received several nasty letters & emails from Jim Curtis, including one outrageously insulting over-the-top letter, that I would like to post on this website for all to see. Written on Huntingest letterhead in response to a short email request of mine to include a water quality safety issue on the agenda of an annual meeting (as well as widely held concerns about an ineffective Board of Trustees that he is in cahoots with), the content of this letter to me can serve as the basis of a law suit. Huntingest recently terminated their contract (i.e., he quit) with our condo of 52 units, claiming it is our fault, too many complainers. Hard to believe this man could ever run a business. He even raged over my automated email signature block! Stay away! ... Very Dissatisfied
