First - please understand that I LOVE Mickie D's. And I only live a mile from the one on Pelham St. in Methuen. But these folks have NEVER gotten a drive-through order right. Sometimes it's a extra small fry...sometimes its with onions, when I ordered NO onions. Inside is kept clean on a schedule, rather than on an as-needed basis. So if there is a spill, or sticky tables, too bad if they just came out and cleaned... you'll have to wait for the next ""turn"". The food orders tend to be grabbed by the drive-through people, even if the insider was there first. Very Poorly Run. Sigh.\r
The best McDonalds in the area is on Pleasant Valley Street, also in Methuen. The manager has this place spotless, the customer service is attentive and the food is hot and made just how you ordered it. It is also presented in the order you ordered it - so if a drive-through car came in after you, YOU will get your burger before them, if you both order the same thing.
Pros: Located right off Route 93
Cons: They don't seem to be able to get your order right!
