I used to operate my own spa business when I was back in Ohio, I KNOW spa. Stumble upon Why Not one night, decided to give them a call the next day and give them a try. This is a upper middle spa, it is very Zen, and people were friendly and casual. I had a 60 min massage and deep pore facial package, both services were exceptional. The quality of their services are exactly what a spa should have. I talk to the manager up front, suggested him to set a bar/lounge area for the customers, turned out they already have plan to do so.\r
I give them 8.8 out of 10
Pros: Facial and Massage
