It's a mistake to ever use this shoe repair shop. I took my purse to get shined/fixed up and it was far from instant as the store's name implies - I was told it would take a week to do. After a week I returned only to find that my order was not yet done. I was told I should come back either later in the day or the following day and that I would get charged $15 rather than $18 (not much of a discount). I returned later in the day only to find that the shoe repair man had left without doing my purse. In speaking to employees of the dry cleaners he shares a space with I referred to him as an a-hole and when I returned today the shoe repair man threatened to call the police on me and said he would not return my bag because of what I had said! He dangled the bag in front of me, said I no longer had a discount, and that I had to leave right away. He continued to threaten to call the police simply because what I had called him! I finally managed to get my purse back but want to ensure that no one else ever has to deal with this man. Horrible service!

Cons: Horrible customer service; way too expensive
