please note, DO NOT live in this complex. they will put out a fine on you for a very ridiclous things. \r
such as; \r
- if you have to work for 24 hours at a job and can't be at home to take the trash bin back to your garage. you will get a fine.\r
- if you leave your recycle bin out during the wrong week, you will get a fine. \r
- if you park at a visitor's spot for a couple of days, you will get a fine. even though, the spots are completely empty. \r
-if the borad member doesn't like your wind chimes at your balcony, you will get a fine. \r
- they kept increasing the condo fees. the time I moved in was two years ago, they have increase my fees from $232 to $295 now. \r
If you guys don't want to deal with those hassle, don't live there. go to somewhere else.
