The community is very quiet, which is one of my primary concerns; no loud music, no racing cars, no drunk neighbors, no rambunctious and loud kids. The rent is reasonable and the location is close to shopping,\r

On the down side, the response from the semi-on-site manager is horrendously slow, requiring multiple calls and personal visits before action is considered. Sad.\r

The park seemingly has no standards for upkeep; properties range from very nice to condemed.\r
\r
This is a decent place for retirees, no place for children to play other than the street and be prepared to clean your neighbors trash as it blows into your yard.\r

Pros: quiet, blessed quiet
