I used Rick and Brandon to inspect my home and ever since I have sent them numerous referrals. if you are looking for an inspection company that gets the job done quickly and thoroughly, they are your guys! Very professional, extremely knowledgible, with a friendly and helpful office person who put me at ease from the moment I set up my inspection. She explained the process, patiently answered all of my million questions and quoted me a very fair and competitive price. I was allowed to attend the inspection and they showed me all the issues found. The report was delivered within a couple hours, was concise with pictures and easy to understand, It was not filled with fluff and TMI! I had a couple of questions later and they promptly took my call and walked me and my contractor through fixing the issue in question. I was treated with courtesy, not talked down to when I am sure the question seemed silly! they assured me I could call back anytime, day or night.\r
I liked that they have been in business over 27 years and is family-owned and operated. I enjoyed the relationship between the father and son and you can tell they enjoy what they do!\r
