Review content:
We have been purchasing cakes from Lucy's cake shop for birthdays and special occassions for over 20 years w/o any problems. However recently we purchased a Wedding Cake/Grooms Cake and were very disappointed. For such an occassion you'd think service could be as good or better than times past, but it wasnt the presentation was poor, and not what would be expected. And when the issues we felt to be unexceptable were addressed, the treatment we recieved from the employees and manager of Lucys was very hostile. Maybe such an event is too much for Lucy's Cake Shop. I recommend Lucy's for a birthday cake, however I would consider other options for events such as a Wedding.
Pros: can handle meeting expectations for a birthday cake.
Cons: when expectations are high such as a wedding they flop.
