I have been calling a few cake shops to get a rough estimate of how much a wedding cake would cost. Every other place I spoke to answered all my questions readily and politely. Then, I called and spoke with Monica and she was very rude. All I asked for at first was the price (just an estimate, not a quote) and then how much the delivery cost would be. Every question was answered rudely and as if they could care less if I ordered a cake. \r

To be clear, I did not order a cake, I just spoke over the phone with someone. I think its pathetic how they treat a possible customer, especially since my questions were not complicated. I thought maybe they were busy or the woman was having a bad day but after reading the other reviews I'm convinced this is a horrible place to do business. \r

If this is how they treat simple questions, I can't even imagine what would happen if I had to deal with them further.
