Review content:
High bills when I am not even home and AC turned off (travel a lot for work). I live in an energy certified green home and my bills are higher than my old and larger home with a 10 year old AC unit with a different electric company. Bill’s always arrive late if at all and they round up bills to charge more. A monopoly that acts like one. I wish I had done more research before purchasing a new home, look for an ONCOR area and choose your provider. Poor infrastructure as well, my power went out at least once a week for the first 4 months I lived in my new home. They are also rude on the phone with billing issues. Horrific in all ways.
