I agree with all the negative comments left about this company. They just shut off our electric the other night saying that we had a bill that went unpaid back in July. Here it is Dec and we are just now hearing about it not to mention that their website doesn't reflect what they tell you. Not only is it BS that we can't choose which electric company we want to go with, but these people take advantage of that and screw people over all the time knowing that they can't change providers. I guess getting lawyers involved is the only solution since customer service and satisfaction isn't an important quality to this company!
