After trying to schedule an appt online that I never received a response too, I took my car in Wed morning @8am due to an ABS light being on, traction control light on, cigarette power not working, truck release not working & door lock button not working. Was told someone would call me that afternoon. (yeah right) I called at 5pm since I hadn't heard from them, (Surprise) no information but was told they would call in the AM. Thursday around 1pm I called again since I never heard from them. Basically they can't fix the items mentioned above, don't know the cause but can have the technician call me & he can explain. Great service and knowledgeable mechanics, yep. What a place! I knew NOT to buy a Dodge due to their reliability but my wife liked it better than the other car I was looking at. :(
Terrible quality built in to the car but I think the service department has to be just the icing on the cake. No wonder their market share continues to decline. IF you have to buy a Dodge at least find another dealership you can use for purchasing and servicing.
Pros: Dealership close to Hendersonville
Cons: lack of service and knowledge
