Review content:
I would give ""0"" stars if I could. I dropped off a TV for these people to fix over 6 weeks ago. They advertise a $20 fee to look at it and let you know what's wrong with it. Immediately they told me they wanted $30 because it's a different type of TV, not mentioned on their website. I drop it off, a few days later they let me know it needs about 5 parts and said it would be finished by the end of the week. I call a week later, still waiting on parts. Several weeks later I call and they tell me to come look at it. I drove 30 miles to go see it and the picture is crap. They tell me they need a manual that tells them how to reprogram the memory to fix the picture. They could have told me that over the phone and saved me the gas and time. Several more weeks go by and I email their website saying I want a refund. This is after paying half of the $200 they asked to fix it on top of the $20 I gave them when I dropped it off. No response. I call them and explain I'm moving out of town and that they can keep the TV and sell it to re-coup the cost of fixing it. They won't do that, they've already put time and parts into it. So, I figure they're not very confident that they can fix it and get even $200 out of it. So, I guess I loose a TV out of it AND $120 because they don't want to do the right thing and give me my $100 back. DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
