Review content:
Extremely rude staff. I took my horse in for colic and while waiting I witnessed another horse go into a frenzy while getting into the stocks. I didn't see the whole scene so I thought, ""must be an aggressive horse?"" The next day I went to pick up my colic horse...who recovered well...and get my older horse's teeth floated. Well the assistant took my horses lead, tried twice to get him in the stocks, then started yelling at him and backed him up a cement step. The assistant then yelled to someone else to ""grab that whip and get his a** in there!"" I walked over to try and take my lead back and the assistant would not let go. He yelled at me and clinched my lead. Eventually I got it from him. I received no apology from any staff member or veterinarian. Abusive scare tactics, obscene language, and general unprofessionalism don't go over well with me. Will never return or give referrals.
