My experience left a lot to be desired. The team hired to lay my flooring did a good job, however it would have been a perfect job if they had completed my flooring as promised. \r

The job was delayed from Thursday until the following Monday due to lack of material to complete the job. I informed the sales person, not to begin the job if they could not complete it in one day. Due to business needs, I could not take off work more than one day. \r

They started the job and at the last minute informed me they could not complete it. They promised that they would return Wednesday of the same week to complete. However late Wednesday evening once again they told me of another delay. My family and I continue to be inconvenienced with unfinished flooring and unfulfilled promises. \r
