I have been doing boot camps with Pete and Xtreme for a year now. I have totally enjoyed every minute of it. I felt I was already in pretty good shape and just wanted something to give me a little kick in the butt. Xtreme definitely did that. It is very challenging, if you put in 100% it will push you to your limits. Pete is great, he is very knowledgeable about both fitness and diet, always willing to help you change things up if you need to. When you feel like you are having a tough time Pete is there to encourage you and help you meet your goals and just push you a little bit harder. Thanks Pete
