Review content:
This is in response to the complaint below. The complaint is not accurate. We have bent over backwards to please this customer. Our final action was to pledge to follow any decision made but an arbitrator at the BBB where she has also filed a complaint (please see our record there). We have been in business for almost 4 years and will have completed over 1,000 moves by our 4th birthday. This success came from word of mouth, repeat customers, and a very small advertising budget. Please see our 5 star rating at Kudzu. We do supply full coverage insurance that most movers charge for. The big problem here is that we damaged her Thomas Kincaid Painting and she does not have the certificate of authenticity. Our insurance company will not replace that painting (our insurance is with the Quarels Group in Marietta GA - a GREAT insurance company). We will gladly replace that painting without help from our insurance company. Mrs. Porter had been asking for $5,000 for a Thomas Kincaid painting that Thomas Kincaid will replace for $1,000 (brand new with matching serial numbers and a replacement certificate of authenticity). This customer wants cash beyond a reasonable value and in addition wants to keep the damaged painting that we had taken to a gallery and had repaired. Our other 5 star reviews speak for themselves.
