THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF! I BROUGHT MY CHILD'S INSTRUMENT THERE TO BE CLEANED AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT READY BY THE DATE THAT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. I THEN CALLED THEM LATER TO PICK IT UP AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD TO DO REPAIRS ON IT. I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE ANY REPAIRS BUT THEY STILL WERE TRYING TO CHARGE ME ALMOST $100 FOR WHAT SHOULD'VE ONLY BEEN UNDER $30. WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND ASKED WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR REPAIRS THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE..THEY TREATED ME LIKE GARBAGE UNDER THEIR FEET. THEY STARTED YELLING AND CURSING ME. THEN THEY TRIED TO CUT ME 'A DEAL' AND ONLY CHARGE $60 INSTEAD OF $100. I TOLD THEM I AM ONLY PAYING FOR THE CLEANING COST...NOT REPAIRS. AFTER MORE CURSING AND YELLING, HE TOLD ME, ""FINE, NO COST...I JUST WANT YOU OUT OF MY STORE!"" SO I SAID FINE, GIVE ME MY INSTRUMENT AND I'LL GO. WE TOOK IT HOME AND TOOK IT APART TO EAXAMINE IT. IT WAS NEVER EVEN CLEANED AT ALL!!! THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE ME $100 FOR THEM DOING NOTHING BUT HOLDING ON TO IT AND EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.\r

ON TOP OF THAT..THE GIRL WORKING THERE GAVE HER BOYFRIEND OUR HOME PHONE NUMBER!! WHICH IS TOTALLY AGAINST THE LAW! SHE TOLD HIM MY HUSBAND CALLED HER A 'F***ING B****' AND OTHER CHOICE WORDS. HE DID NO SUCH THING!! \r
