For any regulars that have gone many times, I think you can relate to my comments. I have been several times over the last 2 months and not much has changed, including the loud rock music. I have talked to security people, maintenance people and players. Not one had anything good to say about the music. Yesterday, an older man on the elevator with me said, ""Nice relaxing music to have dinner over, huh?"" ""Oh, wow"", I said, ""I didn't know it was piped through the restaurants, too."" I called the casino and asked who oversees the music played there. I got connected to the Marketing office. I left a message, as no one was there to answer. They never called me back that day. Those bosses there probably have no idea the torture they're putting their employees through. They have to listen to that crap every day. I can't believe none of them haven't spoken up about it. The atmosphere is just terrible. I really do like the casino. I just don't care for the same loud music being played over and over, plus, to be honest, their setup at the cashiers makes it easy for people to see how much money you are getting from turning in any slot tickets. Be careful! One night, I had many tickets to cash in. It was over $5,000. As the girl was counting the money, I asked her, ""You know what would be nice? Having these people behind me step back!"" She totally agreed, but nothing was done. All the people had to do was lean a bit to see all the cash laid in front of me. So, I headed to the front and asked security and a couple of supervisor looking people about why they don't have ropes up with a sign telling people to wait there for the next available cashier, just as all banks do. NO one could give me an answer. Unbelievable! Thinking back on it, I now know I should have asked for a check. I don't know who's in charge out there, but they need to get things changed. I will not hold my breath on it, tho.
