Got a itch for no comprimise coastal chinese dishes? Scratch it at Shuang Cheng, you'll be glad. Once you are seated with a manu, put it down, get up and go look at the white board for the freshest seafood dishes for the day. If you don't find something there you want, you may go back the menu, but you are missing out! The spicy baked squid is an institution here, but it's 50% hit and miss - half the time, it is cooked too long and turns to rubebr. That's the only bad thing I have ever had here. Park across 4th, behind the storefronts in the Dinkytown lot if there is no street parking.
