Businiess name:  Avila's El Ranchito

Review content:
I patronized this establishment a few times and was excited to purchase some of their party trays for a Friday night party a couple weeks ago. I needed enough for 25-30 people. A good sized order that any restaurant would be excited to receive. Not here! I called on a Tuesday for a Friday evening pickup. On the phone is was rudely told this was their ""busy time."" So i asked, ""does this mean I can't order any party platters?"" The gal responds, ""It's our busy time, sorry"" and click. hung up on! \r Maybe they should stipulate on their catering menu exactly when and when you can't order! A little politeness could have gone a long way. Avila's El Ranchito in Lake Forest or any other town has lost my business.
