DO not come here! Worst service I've ever had. Bought a coupon twenty five dollars for three oil changes, used one then unfortunately lost the paper. Called to see if there was anything they could do, and was completely disrespected told me if I wasn't so irresponsible then this wouldn't be a problem, and that no paper meant no service. The way they handled the situation was ridiculous. Not only that, but the people even said they remembered me having the paper, and my car. My only question is if they have it in their system that I had a coupon and have only been there once before, then why couldn't they give me a new coupon? Even worse still is that I called customer service to make a complaint and they had me talk to their district manager, and the man told me I had a dirty mouth for a woman (I said the word sh*t), and that it wasn't his problem, and then when I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to, he hung up on me. I don't no about anyone else, but I think that is a horrible way to get customers to come back. It was such a small problem, that could have been easily fixed, and even if they treated me with respect I would have been able to just let it go and say okay it's fine. I won't ever be going there again, that's for sure
