Review content:
""My negative experience stems from the lack of tack exercized by a manager. We went to the bar area to listen to music and have drinks and tapas. We sat at a big table, where approximately 6 other people were sitting, at the opposite end. The other party eventually left after they finished dining. About 30 minutes later, a manager came up to us and told us the table was reserved for 8, apologized for their mistake in not marking the table. He told us we didn't have to move, but warned us that other people will be coming to the table. 15 minutes later, another manager told us that another party is coming and that we should move. (There were no other tables available where you can see the stage.) I told her that the other manager has already addressed the issue and that we were told we didn't have to move. The other party came and it was evident they were hostile to our sharing the table. Sevilla cannot be faulted for the hostility of their customers but when the manager herself stands there with the customer and kept looking back at us, every 5 minutes or so, the dining experience turned into a hostile negative experience. I felt pressured to not order additional drinks and not to order additional tapas, and to leave. So based on that, I recommend for Sevilla to train their managers better in customer service.""
