Review content:
Independent Bank is located in down town Charlotte. It's an alright bank. We had online banking through them, and it was slow at best. We also had problems with insuffiecient funds, and the bank could never explain to us where the discrepancies came from. Our records were correct, and matched theirs, yet we'd have $20 missing, and no one could explain why.
I would suggest going with a credit union before using this bank.
