I've been a patron of Kotobuki for well over 10 years but still try other sushi bars to compare. I continue to be impressed with Kotobuki's freshness and Hiro's and Tatsu's ability to make each bite melt in your mouth! We always choose ""omakase"" and let them prepare their recommended dishes. Each serving is a palet-cleansing compliment to the last and my compliments to Hiro and Tatsu! You never disappoint me or any of the guests if frequently bring and quickly become their favorite too!
